The Deutsch Team Systems Manager, behind the scenes and often unknown to my clients, is Kathy Deutsch, who works full-time at the office and manages and leads the whole team effort with database management, marketing, finances, and administration backbone. Our team has 4 licensed realtors: myself, Sandi Wethington, Sherilyn Reynolds, and Zach Meyer. Sandi, Sherilyn, and Zach are primarily Residential Sales Specialists on our team and they assist all our buyers, but they do listing too. Tom's selling and pricing experience puts him squarely in charge of all our listings. This team effort lets us focus on selling your house and getting you ready to start the looking process for a new home concurrently. We are further assisted with daily operations by five Administrative Office Assistants who have years of experience, commitment, and top notch skills. We bring a small army of bright, dedicated, and professional people who are all working for you. These defined roles on our team are why can do our job best: we delegate, communicate, and focus to support your goals.

Typically we perform in the Top 5 at Coldwell Banker each month. We were recently awarded #1 in North America for total closed units out of 88,000 Coldwell Banker agents. This is a huge validation to our work ethic and determination. We service Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana and follow our buyers and sellers no matter where they may roam in-between, in 15 years of real estate we have been to all neighborhoods and areas and know the fabric of our local communities very well. In 2017, we closed the most deals at Coldwell Banker West Shell.
Our education is a continuum. We keep our skills sharp and our knowledge base current. The market changes, technology changes, interest rates change, but some ways of doing business, do not. Honesty, fortitude, and good old-fashioned customer service are always in vogue.
We use the latest software, most used websites, syndication, photo and video production, and all the technology we can find to promote properties, sellers, buyers, and transactions.

This feedback is really important to us because we use it to tweak and change our processes and approach to better serve our customers. We are grateful for the praise and suggestions.
